 Under the Governor's Executive Order, Portal del Futuro, was created as the Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) for planning and implement of property reuse at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads. Portal del Futuro is the public face of the Commonwealth's Department of Economic Development and Commerce.
